Egyptology Lecture Programme 2010-11 - October 9 Lecture - Important Venue Information

The first lecture of the 2010-11 programme will be Facial Analysis of Ancient Egyptians on Saturday October 9th. Due to flooding damage at the Burrell Museum, we will be holding this lecture at the Kelvingrove Art Gallery & Museum, Glasgow (Conference Room). Please note: If you intend to come along to this lecture, please be at the Information Desk in the central hall no later than 1.50pm. A visitor attendant will then escort you to the Conference Room.

A new exhibition currently running at the Barber Institute of Fine Arts, University of Birmingham is Sacred and Profane Treasures of Ancient Egypt. The exhibition opened on 18 June 2010 and will run until 18 January 2012. More information can be found at:
